Gabrielle Vinson is the Principal Consultant of LongevaSys Global Strategies, a people-centered consulting firm specializing in workplace culture transformation, emotionally intelligent leadership, and strategic people operations.
With over 12 years in corporate America — including multiple years leading diverse, high-performing teams — Gabrielle witnessed firsthand the leadership gaps, toxic cultures, and breakdowns in psychological safety that many employees silently endure. Her own experiences with workplace trauma and cultural dysfunction deepened her conviction: people deserve to feel safe, supported, and empowered at work. That lived experience fuels Gabrielle’s mission — to help organizations shift from transactional leadership models to people-first cultures that actually work.
Gabrielle is known for bridging business goals with human-centered strategies that drive meaningful, measurable change. She has partnered with startups, nonprofits, and Fortune 100 companies to tackle complex challenges related to employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational misalignment.
She has facilitated conflict resolution and leadership development workshops across both nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a focus on emotional intelligence, communication, and people development. These interventions have helped teams restore trust, navigate tension with empathy, and build cultures rooted in psychological safety. With a strong foundation in program delivery, she blends operational structure with deep emotional insight.
A former executive leader in both the sales and financial services industries, Gabrielle now focuses fully on people strategy, cultural transformation, and fractional people leadership. She holds a Bachelor's in Finance, a Master’s in Information Technology with a specialization in Project Management, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. She is currently pursuing advanced credentials in emotional intelligence and organizational leadership to further her mission of creating ethical, empowered workplaces — from the inside out.
